Which brings me to try and describe Lev Leokov, the unique and imperfectly perfect Lev. Belle wrote it so that it felt like you were there with them, I almost thought Lev would come out of the book and tell me all those words he didn’t even know was amazing. They all have a story that’s nail-bitingly thrilling and exciting, it was impossible to put the book down, I just wanted to know more, read more. Brilliant doesn’t even cover it, it’s been a long time since I was this obsessed by a book and its characters. Belle did an incredible and awe-strucking job with this book, I am beyond impressed. Early on I said that it’s a very rare and unique story with equally rare characters. From start to finish, it captivated me in a way that’s hard to describe, it literally took my breath away.
This book stole my heart, you know these epic stories that just continues to live inside your mind? The story that blew your mind away and left you breathless. I’ve been meaning to write this review much earlier but my emotions have been all over the place, literally. The only thing I didn’t like about her is her character’s inconsistency.I got the honor to recieve the ARC of LEV and now I’ve suffered from the worst case of ”book hangover” you can possibly imagine.
The author obviously loves her because she is described as this perfect-looking creature who has men wanting a piece of her, if you know what I mean. Mina, on the other hand, is a likable heroine. He may be a little unconventional compared to some heroes in the emotion department but you can totally overlook it because he is so lovable. Lev is the typical alpha male, protective and so sure of himself. It has lots of sweetness, a bit of angst, some cute thrown here and there and of course an abundance of chemistry between the leads! Ladies who love alpha males, you should not miss out on this book!
