Her character became comical, and not in the good sense of the word… 🙈 At first Layla's weirdness was kind of humorous and cute, but after a few chapters it became unbearable, unrealistic and even dumb. Fall in love again, and again, and again. Don’t let them win by letting it harden you. Most of them, I hope, will do it by accident. 📚 "Everyone you love will hurt you, in some way.
The intimate scenes were well written (and super hot🔥🔥🔥) and although it's still smutt, at least it wasn't just porn… 🤷♀️
Usually books like that are full of sex, but this book was very long (562 pages) because the author has built a real plot. How exactly will they teach her about dating? How will it all end? Will they remain good friends or will they cross a line from which there is no going back? And how exactly can one girl date three men…? 💙💙💙Īlthough I really don't like RH books, this one took me by surprise because I enjoyed the male characters and the story was super refreshing and cool (the podcast episodes, the social media posts and more). At first they refuse, but after discovering that their show is in danger and needs to be refreshed, they decide to go for it as an experiment for the podcast. In a moment of weakness, sadness and lots of alcohol… she asks them to teach her how to date. Zack, Luke and Josh are her best friends and live next door, eternal bachelors and owners of a podcast about dating.🎙 Maybe one day, I’ll be rich enough to buy a husband". 😂🙈īefore she can understand how embarrassing the situation is, Zack, who happened to be there, comes to her rescue – and tells the waiter that it was him, and only went out to get some air, and comforts her with a mojito. Her life is arranged according to lists and schedules, she even has a dating diary – which turns out she sucks at, because she has already gone out on 120 dates in 14 months and has never had a second date.ĭuring her last date with a guy she's sure is the one, the waiter comes to tell her they saw him running out of the bathroom window. Layla owns an online lingerie business that she designs and models herself.
